Representatives of the confectionery company Lukas took part in Lean Summit 2026, organized by Lean Institute Ukraine.
During the summit, Lukas speakers Viktoriia Koroletska, Deputy Director for Operational Excellence Development, and Stanislav Shcherbanov, Deputy Director for Quality and Process Control, presented the topic “A Problem Is Not a Threat but an Opportunity for Growth: How Lean Turns Waste into Opportunities.” In their presentation, they shared insights into identifying production waste, uncovering the root causes of problems, and turning them into opportunities to improve business processes.
Special attention was given to a systematic approach to problem-solving, finding effective solutions, and achieving measurable results. After all, Lean is not just a set of optimization tools but a culture of continuous improvement that helps companies grow and enhance operational efficiency.
Participation in Lean Summit 2026 provided Lukas with an opportunity to share practical experience, exchange ideas with representatives of other companies, and engage with the professional community that is fostering a Lean culture in Ukraine.
